If it has been awhile since your last visit or you've experienced trauma or physical distress since your last appointment it may be time for a quick evaluation before treatment. This extended appointment time allows for discussion and modification to your treatment plan.

Established Patient Evaluation

If you're not sure if we are the right fit for you, come in for a Free 15 minute, no obligation consultation. We will utilize this time to discuss the reason you are seeking care, any of your concerns, and answer any questions that you may have about our potential treatment options. 
At the end of the consultation we will determine if we would be a good fit for your health care needs, or do our best to point you in the right direction.

Free 15 Minute Consultation

This type of examination is recommended for individuals with multiple areas of complaint, metabolic issues, previous failed conservative treatment, surgical history, neurological disorders, and or balance issues. This examination also includes treatment.

School/Sport Physical

This appointment includes a thorough history and focused examination on the area of complaint. This appointment will last approximately 40 minutes.
Please bring any previous imaging (X-rays, MRIs) and or labs to your appointment, as they may provide valuable insight during your examination.

This type of examination is recommended for individuals with multiple areas of complaint, metabolic issues, previous failed conservative treatment, surgical history, neurological disorders, and or balance issues.

This appointment is used to go over all of your examination findings and what they mean. The individualized care recommendations that were developed for you based on these findings will be discussed in detail, explaining what each treatment is and why it is appropriate for you. Any additional questions or concerns that you may have can be addressed during this appointment.

Report of Findings (ROF)

A regular appointment will be utilized to address the patient's prioritized complaints. This may include:
	-A chiropractic adjustment and/ or any soft tissue issues pertaining to the musculoskeletal complaint previously examined
	-Intersegmental Traction
	-Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF)

Regular Chiropractic Visit

A 'Regular Neuro Visit' will consist of a of receptor-based therapies. This may include a combination of specific chiropractic adjustments, eye movement exercises, vibration therapy, complex motor sequences, vestibular stimulation, etc) in order to improve identified functional deficits.

Regular Neuro Visit

A 'Special' 40 minute appointment is recommended for individuals with multiple areas of complaint and/or neurological rehabilitation.

This appointment may include:
-A chiropractic adjustment and/ or any soft tissue issues pertaining to the area(s) of complaint previously examined
-Therapeutic Rehabilitative Exercises and/or Neuromuscular re-education
-Intersegmental Traction
-Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF)

Children Family Discount Chiropractic Visit

Cold laser therapy is low-intensity laser therapy that stimulates healing while using low levels of light. The technique is called “cold” laser therapy because the low levels of light aren’t enough to heat body tissue.

Discount applies when Cold Laser Therapy is used in conjunction with a 'Regular' Chiropractic or Neurologic Appointment.
